Where have they been?

November 20th, 1942 - Scranton, Pennsylvania.

Biden was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Biden is of Irish Catholic heritage.

February 11, 1964 - Sand Point, Idaho.

Palin was born Sarah Louise Heath in Sandpoint, Idaho, the daughter of Sarah Heath (nee Sheeran), a school secretary, and Charles R. Heath, a science teacher and track coach.

Claymont, Delaware.

The Biden family moved to Claymont, Delaware when Biden was 10 years old. Biden grew up in suburban New Castle County, Delaware, where his father was a car salesman.

Wasilla, Alaska.

Palin attended Wasilla High School in Wasilla, Alaska, where she was the head of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes chapter at the school and the point guard and captain of the school's basketball team.

1961 - Archmere Academy, Claymont, Delaware.

Biden graduated from Archmere Academy in Claymont, Delaware.

Sarah won the Miss Wasilla beauty contest, then finished second in the Miss Alaska pageant, at which she won a college scholarship. In the Wasilla pageant, she played the flute and won "Miss Congeniality".

Sarah spent her 1st semester at Hawaii Pacific University.

Graduated in 1968 from Syracuse College of Law and was admitted to the Delaware Bar in 1969.

Escaping the rain of Hawaii, Sarah transferred in 1983 to North Idaho College.

New Castle County, County Council (1970-1972).

Elected to the New Castle County, County Council, where he served from 1970 to 1972.

University of Idaho.

Sarah again changed her college from North Idaho College to University of Idaho.

US Senate - 1973.

Biden took office on January 3, 1973, at age 30, becoming the fifth-youngest U.S. Senator in United States history. At age 30, Biden was at the minimum age to become a U.S. Senator. He is now the longest-serving U.S. Senator in Delaware history. He was running for re-election as senator in 2008.

Matanuska-Susitna College, Palmer, Alaska.

From North Idaho College Sarah went to Matanuska-Susitna College in Palmer Alaska for one term, returning to the University of Idaho, to get her degree.

Amtrak Station - Wilmington suburbs.

Biden began the practice of commuting an hour and a half each day on the train from his home in the Wilmington suburbs to Washington, DC, which he continues to do.

University of Idaho.

Sarah holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Idaho, where she also minored in political science.

Widener University School of Law (Wilmington, Deleware Campus).

Since 1991, Biden has also served as an adjunct professor at the Widener University School of Law, where he teaches a seminar on constitutional law.

Anchorage, Alaska.

Sarah briefly worked as a sports reporter for local Anchorage television stations while also working as a commercial fisherwoman with her husband.

August 27th, 2008 - Pepsico Center, Denver, Colorado.

Joe Biden was the Prime Time Speaker at the Democratic National Convention.

Juneau, Alaska.

2003-2004 Governor Murkowski appointed Sarah Ethics Commissioner of the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission.
2006-Present Governor of Alaska.
