The Threshold Imagine being introduced to a doorway with instructions to go through the door. Part of the exercise includes that we have no idea what is on the other side of the door. It may not even have a floor. We simply don't know what will greet us on the other side of the door. Our instructions are to fully merge and mesh with what is on the other side of the door for which an extraordinary prize awaits. And what we have for preparation for this experience is our knowledge base, i.e., what we know, and a tiny 20 degree peep hole. Looking through a tiny 20 degree (viewing angle) peep hole gives us very little information about what is on the other side of the door. Because of our very limited vantage, we can only identify about 5 percent of what is on the other side of the door. A great deal of information is simply unavailable. Because we have very little insight, we are very poorly prepared to go forward and thus, if we were to go forward, it would be with a great deal of skepticism, resistance and trepidation. The above is analogous to looking at the world through very limiting beliefs and short sighted perspectives. And while the prize for successfully navigating the threshold is very enticing, we simply do not have enough information to go forward. Humans are naturally quite curious and our natural state is one of love and acceptance, but because of limiting beliefs and an inability to embrace our surroundings, we often "hold back." Because we resist what we cannot identify, we instead generate fear and doubt. This is the source of rigidity and resistance in our lives – and the source of a great deal of stress. Imagine then, looking through a broader 45 degree (angle) peep hole for which we can see approximately 12 percent of what is beyond the door. Additional information has become available but it may not be enough to allow us to move past our fear and doubt and resistance, though we have more insight into the space than a 20 degree peep hole would allow. In this analogy, I equate 12 percent to about how much information most humans have about their surroundings. It holds us in vast limitation of our possibilities and potential. Resistance is still powerfully at play. But let ourselves have access to a 90 degree peep hole, equating to processing approximately 25 percent and we are beginning to have a whole new level of understanding of what is on the other side of the door. Our comfort grows as we are able to process what we will be merging into as we pass through the door. We may need a space suit or an umbrella or climbing gear, but we are becoming informed about what it is going to take to cross the threshold on the other side of the door. Fear and doubt, i.e., resistance is giving way to understanding, awareness, allowing and trust. Now imagine the door with an opening window. With our feet firmly planted on this side of the threshold, we are able to assimilate a huge amount of information, maybe even in the range of 180 degrees up and down and to the left and right. We are able to assimilate about 50 percent of what is beyond the threshold and thus generate broad conclusions and consensus. We now have immense information about what is beyond the door and our capacity for adventuring and meshing with what we will experience has become significantly more available to us. We may have to fashion tools, technology or a mental attitude never before used, but our instructions are to go through the door for a very significant prize and now that we have enough information, we are prepared to move forward. With conscious awareness, and still some caution, we move through the door. The only thing we didn't understand was that the Universe was offering the instructions (Innate Guidance) and slowly making the peep hole larger and larger (personal consciousness) until it allowed us to merge with something larger than our limitations, something larger than our resistance. In our increasing awareness, we overcame our resistance and moved forward! And as we become comfortable on the other side of the door, we fashion new habitual patterns that become an automatic part of our lives – serving us in a much finer fashion than the habitual patterns fashioned by fear and doubt, resistance and rigidity. Instead of resistance, in our newfound freedom and awareness, we embrace our surroundings in love and acceptance. In the dissolving of fear and doubt (enlarging the peep hole), we mesh with and find ourselves basking in awareness and appreciation of our surroundings. And, in these new open-ended habitual patterns, we continue to refine our Momentum and began to spiral ever upward without end – for you see, the peep holes and the new doors continue to get larger and easier to navigate. Very quickly our insight exceeds 360 degrees and we move past a linear interpretation of our surroundings, jettison our need for habitual patterns all-together, and find that the only way to continue to expand is through unlimited love and acceptance. Once we discover there is nothing to fear, we grow without end and tap immeasurable resources that were once beyond our reach though they have always been right there. Some might call this ascension. No matter, it is a product of Momentum consciously-driven and ever refining itself in alignment with Innate Intelligence for which our surroundings are the end result. Yes, beyond fear and doubt is a whole world awaiting our gaze and newfound contribution. Because we mesh with the order that is Innate Intelligence expressing itself, our Momentum and unfolding becomes something else entirely. In our ability to mesh with Innate Guidance, we no longer have to process our surroundings or design our habitual patterns and we become free to express our true potential. Meshing with Innate Intelligence brings us rewards and satisfactions beyond measure. Synchronicity and order become our new way of being, and as we move from resistance to nonresistance we merge with Innate Intelligence for the ride of our life! Big Changes Afoot.. (And, Happy New Year!) So many wonderful things in the world! And, if we could learn how to put our attention to only what works, we would very rapidly move into our futures with big silly grins on our faces. We could also make it quite a bit easier for our new president-elect who has bitten off quite a bit! What a guy! Yes, We Can contribute to making the world a better place – if we know how! There are formulas and methods and techniques to allow us to become exponentially more useful to the whole. And to that thought this issue is dedicated!
My work has been around reality creation, but not just for the sake of reality creating, but more so as a scorecard for the quality of my connection with Source. Of course we know we don't create anything on our own; Innate Intelligence has a huge hand in what ever we put our focus and attention to and faithfully aligns with the best and worst of our intentions.. Luckily, we go around in slow lazy circles and there is still plenty of time to correct. But understanding our inner workings and reliance on Innate Intelligence allows us to understand the part we each contribute.. More and more, the quality of our reality creating is a scorecard for how much we are in-step with the Cosmos and moving into alignment with Guidance.. And soon enough, we will discover it is quite handy to have the Universe on our side! I hope 2009 becomes the year that we all rise beyond the dysfunction of our surroundings, learn to take hints from a scale of order larger than ourselves and learn how to contribute to reality creation in alignment with something that has been around for a very long time - and will be around for a very long time to come.. The human body contains everything we need to become our potential, because it carries our connection with Innate Intelligence. It contains the mechanism that allows us to discover and implement our best possibilities. Our body has a nervous system. Some of the functions have been realized by science and medicine and some of the functions are known to those who experience the alternative sciences including meditation, kinesiology (muscle testing) and radionics (pendulums, etc.) just to name just a few. It is in the awareness of what meditation is and how kinesiology and radionics works, that we get a glimpse of how this all fits together. Are you aware that muscle testing and pendulums gain their answers by accessing Universal Mind (Innate Intelligence) through the nervous system? That the nervous system acts like an antenna? Having meditated for 34 years, I discovered meditation is "learning how to listen with your nervous system." Listen to what? Attuning to the awesome harmony that is Universal Mind. It is in the nervous system's refined connection with Universal Mind that humanity gains and collects its knowledge, inventions, insights and creativity. Not only can we sense our inner and outer realms through our nervous system, Innate Intelligence communicates with us as well. This communication is ever present, ever capable and an ever insightful alternative to the linear mind for drawing conclusions. How does this work? Through our feelings! An example? You are exchanging and sharing information with someone and as you listen, feelings begin to develop. Subtle at first, they get more pronounced as you recognize the insight becoming available to you. These feelings can be of appreciation or joy or fulfillment, or feelings of concern or alarm. The point is you can identify the importance and value of the information very quickly by how you feel. This works with any kind of information. As we begin to discover two types of conversation, one exchanged as words and ideas and the other as feelings communicated by Innate Intelligence, we realize that we have a guidance system that helps us understand what we are being exposed to. As we learn to listen to this guidance, we can align with what is truer in our lives. By aligning with the insight of Innate Intelligence, we make better choices and decisions. Ever have a gut feeling or get an "ah ha" such that you know something is true? This is the same thing though very pronounced by this point of recognition. We can make decisions with the linear mind or from reactionary or habitual and automated patterns or learn how to listen to the subtleties of Innate Intelligence. It's your choice! Can you tell the difference between right and wrong? Can you tell the difference between reactionary posturing and the subtle feeling of knowing something is true? Only you (and Innate Intelligence) will know for sure. Namasté PS Emotions and feelings are different. Emotions are a product of our beliefs and values, feelings come from Innate Intelligence.

What had been our guidance, i.e., our reliance on the mind's ability (inability) to process its surroundings, is reduced to automated habitual patterns and reactionary perspectives. Because the mind doesn't have the capacity to continuously calculate and project decisions and responses, it defers to habitual patterns for its survival and our lives become rote. Further, a quick review at a cellular level of any plant or animal suggests a brain does not dominate, nor is it even necessary for cellular metabolic functions. Instead, cells have their own internal intelligence! Likely we will find cells have a nervous system or other mechanism (microtubules?) that allow Innate Intelligence in all of its glory to inform the cell and keep it on track! Instead, we are designed to rely on an innate built-in Guidance System that allows us to mesh with an Order that simply cannot be achieved through our own devices. In making the move to nonresistance, we align with something larger than ourselves, and begin to co-create in alignment with everything else on the planet! We become the recipient of an order that guides our choices and we begin to mesh with life in a most harmonious manner. It is in our alignment with natural forces that humanity begins to become useful, not only to itself but as a means by which Innate Intelligence expresses itself in a more sophisticated manner! Imagine a large grand piano with its multiples of strings and hardwoods and tuning pegs and glue, and imagine not only the coherence of the strings being finely tuned in relation to each other but the resonance delivered when the strings are played as a whole. Now imagine dropping this very fine and heavy instrument. (Hurts, doesn't it? It's because we relate to a finely tuned piece of equipment!) Clearly, it would take a great deal of work to get the piano back into tune, if it can even be accomplished. The human being is very similar except that instead of strings and glue, we have a very sophisticated (and flexible) nervous system that is capable of self-healing if given the proper resources. continued About the author. I have a great movie for you! I went to the theater shortly after I got back from Brazil totally out of sync with what was going on in the "regular" world and walked up to the theater looking to see what movie was getting ready to begin. That is how I picked 7 Pounds with Will Smith. Can't tell you a word about the film but to say, the less you know about it beforehand, the better you will enjoy it. hope you share my excitement for our new upcoming President Barack Obama.
All eyes are on him and rightfully so. America has always been a leader
and though we have gotten a bit off track, everyone will be watching our capacity
to, not only correct, but pull new tricks out of our hats. Maybe solar
and hydrogen will become a reality over the next ten years, maybe we will
produce our own hydrogen in our backyards to power our homes and run our
cars, and maybe income tax will altogether disappear! And maybe, while we
are at it, we will learn how to come into alignment with our Innate Guidance
System and really learn how to connect with the stars. None of these ideas
are as far fetched as they might sound.
