We know we are whole and

It appears that separation is the result of
a lack of processing power to otherwise see the world
in its true splendor. In other words, if we
don't have the biological energy to run our human circuitry properly, we see the
world inaccurately. We see the world as less than it truly is.

fully process something we experience. If somebody suddenly "unloads" a tirade of "unexpected information"
on us, we
typically go into processing overload. Usually our mouth drops wide open and we
react instinctively - not so good! If a child approaches us in the
same manner, we generally have enough perspective (processing power) to
assimilate the experience and unruffled, continue on with our day.
"Accidents" are trauma as well.
We know trauma is real
because we experience variations of it every day. What we don't
realize is that trauma is simply the inability to fully process our experiences. Fully processing the day's events is a matter of biological energy for
which we build momentum toward acceptance and allowing.
Most of us don't have sufficient biological energy to get through our day,
much less flow a continuous state of acceptance and Unconditional Love to
each other.
We
live our lives in resistance instead of Love and Acceptance because we
don't have the energy/processing power to perceive our
surroundings as Whole!
Without enough
biological energy, we hunker down and conserve what we have and see the
world with limited insight. This is why we
tend to withhold love, withhold graciousness and gratitude and protect and defend what

have the processing power to fully embrace life!

wasn't for resistance, we would be living our lives fully entwined in Abundance,
Prosperity, Wholeness, Love and Acceptance.
Resistance and scarcity go hand in hand.
When
we sleep we process what we absorb during the day and pigeon hole it
as learning. Depending on the amount of biological energy
available to us is how much processing power we have while we sleep. If we don't sleep well, it is
in part, because we don't
have enough energy to process the day's activities. Typically, we
store what we are unable to assimilate. In my opinion, anything we do not
assimilate is trauma, though it may be trauma at a
very subtle
level. This is because our natural state
is fully allowing and unconditionally loving!
We are
awash in trauma because of our inability to fully process our experiences.
The alternative is
thorough and complete assimilation of our surroundings. Fully blending/merging
with the world is called Unconditional Love. Fully engaged and merged with our
surroundings is the opposite of separation, otherwise known as nonresistance.
Most of us only have the
energy to look at life
through a 20 degree peep hole, assimilating only about five percent of the wholeness of life. In this very dysfunctional perspective, we see the

is true is unidentified and we live in huge resistance to what we do see.
Some, meditators and others of the

world around them. As they become attuned to truth, it takes less
effort to see and they begin to move toward nonresistance and recognize
glimpses of wholeness.
A few see the world at

Energy is then freed up that may have been bound up by resistance.
