Welcome..
Namasté J.Hamilton Things are moving so very fast these days that I suspect most of us can barely recall last year. Maybe time is speeding up! It certainly seems that way. If time is speeding up, luckily it is in our favor. Why? Because, individually and collectively, we are beginning to see the results of our reality creating much more quickly. Yep, you got it. We are becoming more conscious and identifying the results of our thoughts and beliefs in greater detail and doing a much better job of it! Instead of time speeding up, maybe we are making better use of time; maybe instead, we are waking up! Apparently consciousness is on the rise as we begin to see the results of our thoughts, intentions and focus for which the expression "out of contrast comes clarity" has become ever more useful! With realities as feedback coming back to us as fast as they do now, we can more readily see what we broadcast into the Universe as our beliefs. habitual patterns and our outgoing 24-hour-a-day prayer. And, because of this speedy feedback, we have it within us to refine our beliefs and values and produce new results even faster now. As things move faster, we have more leverage to create new realities and otherwise steer ourselves away from the seemingly assured destruction we have set ourselves up for. This is the principle of "out of contrast comes clarity" and our saving grace as a species. As we make mistakes and reap results, we eventually begin to put 2 and 2 together. As we become more intentional in our output, we see the corollary between our thoughts and actions and begin that exorable climb to our possibilities and our potential. Eventually, we become intentional as a species, and eventually we will call this a science. This is how it works! And, you thought trial and error was dead! This is how we move forward as a species and everybody gets to contribute.. : )
Imagine, if you will, 51 percent of the voting population voting for Bush (I said imagine..) and realize that 51 percent (afraid of what might happen) and believing more in outside authority than their own innate messaging system (read: gut feelings and knowing better) let Bush choose for them. Now imagine that at least 30 percent of that 51 percent learned a big lesson and are reviewing what their gut was telling them way back then. Through a great deal of planetary pain, Bush has cured a lot of people of believing in the supposed superiority of outside authority figures when the messaging from their innate guidance system was so readily available. What is so powerful about this is that so many are being forced to wake up to the fact that within their own messaging system they knew better. Many certainly know better now! A substantial percentage of those who voted for retaliation, killing and revenge (against whom?) will never go back to the old way of doing things. 30 percent of the 51 percent is pretty big numbers. And, an even larger segment who have not voted recently will become far more active. To see a huge portion of the slowly-waking public revise their beliefs in outside authority in such a short period of time is pretty startling – and likely right on time! This is what time speeding up is all about! Somewhere in my book, Visionaries Thrive In All Times, I make a remark about "not discounting the guys who bring up the rear.. i.e., they provide an important function also.." - as a reminder for continued clarity about the different ways of doing things. (VTAT, Chapter 3, Individuality pg 56) I can't imagine anything more earth-shaking than bringing people back to the importance of listening to their innate guidance system after seeing the results of horrible decision making. And, as we have come to see the worst case scenarios unfold, I expect we will see humans thinking, feeling and listening a bit more to their internal mechanisms as they make new choices with an eye toward the future. No doubt about it. There were a myriad of alternative solutions available. Me personally? I think rules adopted for playgrounds would have worked nicely. Namasté J.Hamilton The above intro to this newsletter was only suppose to be a few paragraphs but morphed into something far more.. Such is the pen or keyboard these days. I may title the above remarks Faster and Faster, or .. In the meantime, check out:
Ken Carey was the author of The Starseed Trans-missions in 1982, initially identified as channeled by Raphael. In rereading this book recently, I am astounded by how very much I must have been impacted by this material from years ago - or, I am driven/touched by the same core energy. Either way, I highly recommend Starseed Transmissions. While you are at it, consider his 2nd book, Vision or 3rd book, Return of the Bird Tribes, or 4th Starseed, The Third Millennium

But first, it is true, I am a bit of a geek and wouldn't have it any other way.. Just yesterday, an attractive woman told me that when she first dated, it was the guys with the right jeans and the white shirts that she was attracted to, and then was the guys with the right cars and then it was the guys with the right drugs and now-a-days, the most attractive guys are the ones who can reinstall printer drivers, reboot modems and buy software off eBay. So, I guess I am in good shape.. It's about time.. MP3 players have transformed my musical world. Six months ago, I purchased a 60 gig Toshiba GigaBeat audio (and video) player (MES60VK $250 at BuyDig.com) after returning one of those small inexpensive flash drive units. This new unit has become probably one of the most pleasurable purchases I have made in quite some time. Why? First, I listen to all of my music again. I have years of music, the Moody Blues and on and on. Now-a-days my taste run toward toward Sarah Brightman, Krishna Das, Snatam Kaur, Dave Stringer, Kirtan, chanting, etc. What became the problem was sorting through all of that music, handling and loading and reloading the 5-disc carousel and just the bulk of fooling around with all of that plastic. I don't hardly remember how we dealt with albums.. Must have been a different time (probably a different speed too :). So, when I purchased my Toshiba GigaBeat, the first thing I did was learn how to rip cd's to Windows Media Player (WMPlayer) to build a library. Now, all of my music is on my hard drive (holy s.. 13.5GB!) and available through the WMPlayer. This is interesting because I can sort my music (and talks and presentations that I record) by multiple genres or album names, songs, artists, etc. I can also assemble "play lists" that I save to my hard drive and upload to my MP3 player as well as create a play list on the fly. Play lists are assembled groupings of music that I can create or delete as the mood suites me. I can also plug my computer into my home sound system though I haven't tried this - maybe I will now that it has occurred to me. By the way, .MP3 is an old file format and digital compression standard that most any machine can play - Apple, iPod, Windows, Toshiba, etc., but the compression and quality is poor by today's standards. MP3 players come in two varieties as does the rest of the world, PC based and Mac based. iPod is Mac and the rest of the world is what is referred to generically as MP3 players. iPods can play the MP3 format and their proprietary format AAC. The generics can play MP3 and their proprietary format, Windows Media Audio (WMA). Of course, iPod can't play WMA and the generic MP3 players can't play AAC. For some reason, we still have that age-old separation between innovation and ultimate compatibility, though I will say the iTunes software and iPod seem to work pretty well on a PC machine. Now, I sort my music in so many different manners and effortlessly listen to the music I have collected over the years (Jefferson Airplane, Dire Straits, Jimmy Buffet occasionally, etc.) and I easily add music I pick up at events or "get" from friends. I can also play it through my home system and readily move it to the car to continue playing music in the car which is quite cool. continued Subscription Information.. What's New?
I continue to work with Brain State Technol-ogies in Scottsdale and the technology that is Brain Training continues to build and unfold. Further, I am very actively involved in licensing the technology to clients who apply it to end-users. You can read about this at www.resonantServices.com. What I am learning and beginning to more capably identify is that our nervous system is an antenna for our connection with Innate Intelligence and "Brain Training" dramatically cleans up our nervous system for better access to Innate Intelligence. This is big stuff! Brain Training is similar to defragging a hard drive - but for your brain. If you don't know what defragging a hard drive is, you can find out here. If you do know, you have a glimpse of what we can do with your brain, i.e., dramatically improving the functionality, perfor-mance, organization, recall, communication, etc., of your physical body apparatus and noggin. Consider the fact that the brain runs the entire physical mechanism including the physical body and organs and glands, body chemistry, hormones, immune system, thought processes, capacity for perception, choices, will (and use of will), enthusiasm, moods, attitudes, capacity for jokes, pleasure, etc.. Your nervous system is also your interface with the cosmos (the brain is a huge chunk of your nervous system). Everything is wrapped up in one neat little package! Our brains are the nexus between the gods and what we create in our lives. And you, as the host of that connection and hardware, make it/allow it to happen. How willingly you flow your connection with the Cosmos is ultimately what your life is all about and ResonantServices is available to help you refine this endeavor. We can provide a very powerful tune-up and understanding as it regards your nervous system and interface with Innate Intelligence and your work-a-day world. Be assured that your dreams, capacity for performance and lifelong successes can change for the better. We can help you, and we can help you to help others if that is your wish. For more information, please go to www.resonantServices.com, or contact me directly. Technology and Innate Intelligence By J.Hamilton © 2007 J.Hamilton How might we define technology these days? According to my definition, technology is any tool devised to facilitate any function or advancement in knowledge or exploration by humanity and includes machines, science and knowledge. According to the Wikipedia,* an Internet encyclopedia, technology also includes "the many and varying machines, hardware and utensils devised by humanity, and can also include broader themes including systems, methods of organization, and techniques" to help humanity forward its goals and aspirations.
Surprisingly, a very great deal of modern technology is copied from the plant, animal and mineral kingdom. Ever noticed how a sophisticated helicopter looks like and mimics a dragon fly, or how a silicon chip grown for a computer is copied from nature's mineral kingdom, or how high-speed levitating trains use magnetism borrowed from nature? By another example, we are discovering a great deal about the brain by learning how to build computers. With just a bit of review, we realize that choice is a technology as well, because choice allows us to facilitate an end result; i.e., an end function or an effect. By the quality of our choices, we mold our lives and the world in which we live, and thus our worlds grow and continue to refine themselves accordingly. Choice is truly a technology and a most important one at that. (VTAT, Chapter 3, Individuality, pg 52) With a bit more review, it becomes apparent that we are not our bodies, brains or minds, nor are we our biology, i.e., the composition of our bodies, cells and organs. And, with even a bit more review, we discover that "we" inhabit our biology; we inhabit our technology, i.e., the sophistication of our bodies; the vehicle that gets us around and about on this planet. Who chooses to learn how to ride a bicycle, or become an astronaut, or listen to their feelings? Is it the biology, i.e., the physical make-up of our body, or is it, in fact, something larger than the vehicle (technology) that is the body. What part is the mechanism that is the human body and all of its technology, as opposed to the spirit that inhabits the body, i.e., that wondrous technology that we are composed of and Innate Intelligence expresses itself so capably through? As we come to discern that we are more than our bodies, the question begs, "If we are not our bodies and our countenance is more akin to Spirit, or as I like to say, 'Innate Intelligence,' how does this scheme really work"? What is its purpose? After all, what happens when "we" leave our bodies? The body is still there, but it has become lifeless. What is it that animates this technology that is the body? What is the body and what is the correlation between the two? Who is the "we" that sees out of our eyes?
It turns out our bodies are not us, but a function of us and therefore a fitting definition for technology. The actions and the results we achieve are expressions of the combination of our technology, our intent or attitude and whatever drives us, as well as our connection with Source or God, or again, what I like to refer to as Innate Intelligence. What we don't realize in the scheme of trying to refine our bodies or improve our states of mind and attitude is that what we are really attempting to do is allow Innate Intelligence to flow through us more effectively. And, in many respects, it is the dissonance of what doesn't work (out of contrast comes clarity) that causes us at our best, to attempt to improve ourselves or at our worst, to attempt to deflect or escape what we don't understand or don't wish to understand. And this is where technology really comes in. While it might be assumed that the true goal in life is to let the inside person out, to let each our potential out, a more accurate perspective might be to allow Innate Intelligence in; to allow Innate Intelligence to better flow through each our being; to allow the glory and nature of what is really true and what is really successful flow through our nervous system into the world as our expression. This is our true potential expressing itself. This is what powers the sophisticated circuitry that is our being such that we flower into all that we can become. Not only is this good for the individual and the influence of the individual in his or her own surroundings, but it greatly magnifies the whole of humanity. There is an exponential multiplier that comes into play when Innate Intelligence effectively flows through the technology that is our make-up – but that is another article… (VTAT, Chapter 9, Intent, pg 159) What if it turns out that "we" is actually Innate Intelligence expressing itself through the sophistication of the human body, the human circuitry, the human technology for which we in our capacity for self-awareness get to tag along – i.e., as the first self-aware animal? Could it be that "we" are little more than a more sophisticated "throughput" vehicle for Innate Intelligence expressing itself for which we eventually become an active participant and conscious contributor? What if the cardinal or blue jay or hummingbird outside of our window is no more than an outpouring of Innate Intelligence expressing itself?
So, what if humanity is no more than an expression of Innate Intelligence, identified as a package of sophisticated circuitry and nervous system and wiring and free will and a potential that has no bounds? What if humanity is a vehicle for expressing Innate Intelligence that has never existed in the plant or animal or mineral kingdom, but now exists in the potential of a human being or the human species*** as a whole? A being far more sophisticated than the circuitry of the blue jay or cardinal or hummingbird or quartz crystal or sequoia or rose, though we ever admire their sophistication, beauty, simplicity and presence. What if the human being with its huge brain and sophisticated nervous system and muscles and organs and, of all things, free will, i.e., the capacity for choice, is now the most sophisticated throughput technology for Innate Intelligence to express itself on this planet? And, what if all we have to do is learn a little bit more about how to unfold what we are about to become? Namasté
About the author. J.Hamilton has been meditating for 33 years and teaching personal empowerment for 15+ years. His recent book, Visionaries Thrive In All Times: Blueprint for Reality Creation (2005) is about the possibilities of individual and collective reality creation in alignment with Innate Intelligence. He is available for consultation and can be reached through his website at www.visionarieslab.com or directly at jhamilton @visionarieslab.com *From the Internet Encyclopedia Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia .org/wiki/Technology **Self-medication includes alcohol, street and psychotropic drugs, mind-numbing TV, sugar, addictive shopping, etc. – anything used to change one's state, mood or attitude. Music is often used to change or enhance one's state or attitude. Self-medication also includes yoga and meditation. ***As an aside, it is my belief that humanity is not only a species, but a collective. And just like a pine tree or Redwood cannot exist on its own, humans cannot exist on their own. Each is very dependent on the whole of the species. That we are individual is far less true than we might suspect and the subject of another article.
The Squeaky Geek (con't) Interestingly, a few years ago, I moved all of my cd's to a huge folder/sleeved system and got rid of the cases. In most every case, I had to give up the cover art and song list as well. But when I rip them to the WMPlayer on my hard drive, some mechanism goes out onto the Internet and retrieves the cover art and the song list. Very cool.. I believe iTunes does this too. The actual reason I bought an MP3 player is because I record talks and seminars and my astrology sessions, etc., on my Olympus Digital (WS-200S) recorder. Big hint: Olympus records as WMA files. This is an ideal way to save and listen to my sessions, seminars, etc. I can then upload them to WMPlayer and move them to the GigaBeat. With a 60GB hard drive, I have an unbelievable amount of storage. This allows me to carry quite a bit of music and digital information around with me. I presently have 1,815 songs, 192 albums, 703 pictures and 2 videos with 41 GB free space. And the quality of the pictures are great! I have a preference for the PC based gear because that is the bulk of the world. I use iTunes for a friend's iPod a bit and it seems easy enough to work with. I think the Toshiba offers a bit more features than the iPod, but beware, most accessories are geared toward the iPod. The other news is that Microsoft has partnered with Toshiba to produce the Zune. Seems to be an attempt to compete with the iPod. For me, I am quite happy with my Toshiba..
by J.Hamilton This was a very interesting week. I have been looking for an opening to put a newsletter together for which I have to allow at least three days - this one took over six. But I had a great time with myself and wrote three articles without expecting to do so. It is so nice to take the time to write. I started this adventure just before Mercury went retrograde and began what became a 6-day fast. I wrote for about five days and produced three articles.. Sorry to say, the awesome article, the big one, titled Introduction to the Science of Receptivity, will have to wait until the next issue expected to be during the Fall Equinox. I have so much new information to release that I need to spend a bit more time in preparation. You almost saw it here first. And, because time is speeding up you won't have to wait too long.. In the meantime, I am hoping you will visit www visionariesLab.com/Articles.htm and take a look at a few of the others I have published. One of my more recent articles is called FreeCell and the Keys to the Universe. This identifies an astoundingly simple principle that readily identifies the scale of "what's in front of you." I encourage you to take a look at ResonantServices. We have some pretty interesting things going on.. I would very much like to hear your thoughts as it regards this newsletter. Please send your thoughts to jhamilton@visionarieslab.com (Please copy and paste email link to email) Namasté |

I was very impressed with the film.. Reign Over Me directed by Mike Binder staring Adam Sandler and Don Cheadle. I was absolutely astounded when I first saw this movie. Adam Sandler is extraordinary and powerfully plays a father who loses his entire family to 9/11. The movie is not about 9/11 but uses 9/11 as a backdrop for two college roommates who have not seen each other in 15 years. The story is about the love we can have for each other and how we help each other when we need a little help.. |
Adam Sandler's character was in a very deep, dark hole of depression and isolation and his friend played by Don Cheadle, time and time again, attempted to intercede. Why? Because he could not let a friend hurt so badly and be so shut out of the world. This film was so well done and had such a big impact, I was afraid to see it again; afraid it would not meet up to the powerful impact it had on me the first time. But I saw it again and it was just as good! I think this is Oscar material. Ought to be out on DVD anytime now.. |
